Matt Loeffelholz focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters for clients across a broad range of industries. His work includes mergers and acquisitions, entity structuring and reorganizations, corporate governance, and general business matters.
Throughout his career, Matt has represented business owners, entrepreneurs, and startup ventures in a variety of transactions. He has negotiated and closed numerous asset sales, equity acquisitions, and other business transactions involving industries such as oil and gas, manufacturing, and technology.
Matt’s interest in business and entrepreneurship began during his time at Texas Christian University and later developed into his focus on business and corporate law after law school. That background allows him to bring a practical, business-minded approach to helping clients address complex transactional issues.
