Matthew L. "Matt" Fornshell

Carol Sheehan practices real estate law and taxation law at Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP. She focuses on the development and financing of affordable housing and represents real estate developers (both for-profit and non-profit), as well as other small businesses. Carol joined CPM in June 1977. She was formerly a co-managing Partner and is currently chair of CPM’s Commercial Practice Group.
