Biography
Matthew Giles is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department. He is a member of the firm’s Private Investment Funds group, Real Estate Industry group, and Capital Markets practice. Mr. Giles’ practice includes real estate and private equity fund formation, domestic and international securities offerings, partnership and limited liability company law and mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on REITs and real estate capital markets. His corporate practice also includes securities law compliance and private company representation.
