Biography

Matt Hogan is a Member of the firm’s Public Finance Department and has been active in public finance for over twenty-five years. Mr. Hogan’s area of practice consists of work as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriter’s counsel and private placement counsel. He has represented clients in connection with the financing of utilities, airport, mass transit, manufacturing, housing and healthcare facilities. He has addressed a wide area of public finance topics as an individual speaker or as a panel participant of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the Colorado Municipal League and Colorado Government Finance Officers Association. Matt has been chosen by his peers to be listed in “Best Lawyers in America” every year since 2010.
