Matthew Hamielec

Matthew (“Matt”) is a member of the Corporate & Securities practice group. He advises clients, including middle-market private equity funds and independent sponsors, regarding many types of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint venture transactions, real estate, and finance. He has experience counseling clients within the healthcare, military, manufacturing, hospitality, and digital advertising industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Matt worked in-house at a Fortune 100 company and was an associate in the Chicago office of an international law firm focusing on Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions.
