Matthew Giannascoli

Matthew Giannascoli is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity group.

Mr. Giannascoli’s practice is devoted primarily to merger and acquisition, venture capital and growth equity transactions, with an emphasis on representing private equity sponsors. He also represents private equity funds, venture capital funds, growth equity funds and emerging growth companies in minority investments, venture financings and other capital-raising transactions.

Mr. Giannascoli has experience working with clients in many industries including: technology and software, manufacturing, food and beverage, health care information technology, life sciences, energy and financial services.
