Matthew D. Pluss

Matt Pluss is a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice group. Prior to joining Senn Fortis, he was a shareholder at both Ryley Carlock & Applewhite, P.C. and Isaacson Rosenbaum P.C. He focuses his practice on real estate and business transactions–including purchase, sale, leasing, financing, and management matters–and has assisted a variety of clients in the acquisition, management and disposition of raw land, commercial office properties, multi-family properties, hotels and industrial properties.

He has worked on several notable real estate projects in Colorado, the Rocky Mountain region, and the country, including the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort and Spa, a resort with two TPC golf courses and the largest JW Marriott in the country, and the Nickelodeon Hotel in Orlando, Florida. Some projects closer to home include JW Marriott Cherry Creek, Hotel Teatro, The Campus at Longmont, and the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
