Mary Opolko is an associate in the Corporate Group. Her practice focuses on corporate finance and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private and public financings, and corporate governance. Mary has advised clients in a variety of industries, including the technology, financial, transportation and mining sectors.

Mary is experienced in counselling strategic buyers and private equity funds in domestic and cross-border legal matters, as well as venture capital funds and companies with respect to venture financings, joint ventures and other strategic transactions and general corporate matters.
