Biography
Marty L. Stoll is an Attorney and Senior Vice President at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, P.L.C. Marty’s work focuses on commercial and residential real estate law and business law including contracts, entity formation, and regulatory and compliance issues. Marty also represents non-profit corporations, serving as outside general counsel to one of the largest non-profits in the State of Iowa. Marty currently serves as Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group and is former chair of the Business Practice Group.
