Dr. Martina Brasse is a German Patent Attorney (Patentanwältin) and European Patent Attorney at Vossius & Partner Patentanwälte Rechtsanwälte mbB in Munich. She joined the firm in 2016 and was admitted to practice in 2020. Her work focuses on Intellectual Property Law, advising clients on patent matters across a range of technical fields.
As part of her professional training in intellectual property, Dr. Brasse completed placements at the German Patent and Trademark Office and the Federal Patent Court in Munich. She assists clients with patent prosecution, opposition proceedings, invalidation actions, and matters relating to patent infringement.
Dr. Brasse studied Physics at the Technical University of Munich in Germany and at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in Spain, earning her Diploma in 2010. She completed her doctoral research at the Technical University of Munich in 2015. Her research addressed biophysical aspects of muscle development in a biological model organism and the development of optical measurement techniques.
