Martin Wörle advises employers on all questions of works constitution law and collective wage agreements. He also has particular experience in advising on the employment relationships of board members, directors and other executives. He accompanies in-court and out-of-court disputes on liability for breach of duty of care and on corporate and D & O insurance law questions connected with this. His notarial practice concentrates on company law, notarial recording of corporate acquisition agreements and accompanying management and employee participation agreements.
