Biography
Martin Thiboutot is a seasoned lawyer specializing in environmental law, municipal law, and general commercial law. For over 10 years, he has provided advice on compliance and regulation, notably regarding natural resource management, environmental permit regimes, environmental declarations, extended producer responsibility, and the management of contaminated land and protected areas, such as wetlands.
Martin has significant experience in renewable energy and transmission projects. He has also participated in the drafting and negotiation of several agreements relating to construction and infrastructure projects and provides advice on environmental litigation. In the course of his work, Martin regularly collaborates with environmental consulting firms and professionals from other disciplines.
With his strong communication skills, Martin also serves as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law at Université Laval and frequently presents at various events and webinars.
