Martin Schmidhuber

Dr. Martin Schmidhuber primarily advises clients in intellectual property matters. His particular expertise is in the area of trademark and labelling law. In cooperation with a worldwide network of law firms, his work focuses on the strategic management of national and international trademark portfolios and their legal representation (litigation). In addition, Martin Schmidhuber offers his clients, in particular companies from the life sciences, information technologies, E-commerce, food and beverage and financial services sectors, comprehensive legal advice and assists them in such matters as conflict management and litigation as well as the drafting of contracts such as licensing and R&D agreements. Martin Schmidhuber lectures on trademark law at Mannheim University and at SRH University of Applied Sciences Heidelberg.
