Martin Quodbach

Dr Martin Quodbach studied law and received his doctorate from the University of Cologne. He completed the LL.M. degree in intellectual property law at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf. With his admission to the bar in 2003, he also started his career at CBH in Cologne. There he is specialized in the fields of patent and utility model law and employee invention law. The focus of his legal activities lies in particular in the fields of patent infringement and vindication proceedings. In the field of employee invention law, he focuses on litigious proceedings and the handling of technically complex facts. Dr Martin Quodbach is a specialist attorney for intellectual property law and regularly publishes articles in the journal IP-Kompakt. From 2006 to 2016 he was a lecturer at the Cologne University of Music and Dance within the framework of the Master’s programme in Art Management (CIAM). Dr Martin Quodbach was recognised in the category “Top Patent Law Firm” in Wirtschaftswoche 2015.
