Assistant professor of intellectual property in: the master of business law program and in industrial and intellectual property law program of Universidad Panamericana; in the master of corporate law Universidad Anáhuac; and in other institutions of higher education. Belongs to the faculty of foreign professors of Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Tutor of the WIPO academy of the advanced course in trademarks, industrial designs and geographical indications.

Member of the international academic council of Rey Juan Carlos University, Madrid, Spain, teaching the master of industrial intellectual property, competition and new technologies.

Member of the jury of the thesis contest on copyright law in INDAUTOR.

Member of the jury of the thesis contest of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI).

Participates in the design, acquisition and protection of intellectual property portfolios, including trademarks, copyrights and new technology, as well as the negotiation and resolution of controversies. Panel member of WIPO on trademarks and domain names.
