Biography
Marla Broaddus is an advocate and problem solver. Whether a business or individual, her goal is to serve each client in a way that meets their unique needs and goals. She is an experienced litigator, representing clients in state and federal courts in every stage of litigation, from pre-trial investigation and discovery to trial and the appellate stages. Drawing upon her experiences in litigation, she understands the goals of trial counsel and knows how to assist in presenting a compelling case while also preparing the case for the appellate stage. She has extensive experience in complex oil and gas litigation and appeals, including class action matters across the country, and she often represents individuals and companies in easement and other property disputes.
