Biography
Will is a strategic-minded, problem-solving corporate attorney with extensive experience advising real estate clients as well as providing legal guidance for M&A transactions in the manufacturing and insurance industries.
Will focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters. Will has a wide array of knowledge in structuring corporate and financial transactions, including strategic mergers & acquisitions, credit agreements, venture capital investments and joint ventures. Prior to joining BFKN, Will worked for two years as a student attorney at the University of Chicago Law School’s Housing Initiative Clinic, where he represented non-profit housing developers in a variety of complex lending and purchase transactions that often involved tax credit financing.
Before practicing law, he served as the general manager of WHPK 88.5 FM, one of the oldest public radio stations in the country. Outside of work, he is a board member for the Apparatus Projects, a contemporary arts non-profit in Pilsen where he provides general professional guidance.
