Mark understands the impact that labor and employment laws have on people’s lives, and his substantial experience makes him the go-to attorney for “hot issues” that need effective representation and resolution.

Mark is also an experienced litigator, and routinely represents employers in discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, FLSA, whistleblower, wage claim, and FMLA matters before government agencies, including the EEOC, New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights, and state and federal Departments of Labor. Mark also represents employers in collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance and arbitration proceedings, and before the National Labor Relations Board and New Hampshire Public Employees Labor Relations Board.

Mark has consistently been recognized by national and regional publications which rate labor and employment lawyers including Best Lawyers in America, Chambers & Partners USA Guide, and New England Super Lawyers. He was named New Hampshire’s 2014 Lawyer of the Year in the category of Labor Law-Management. He is an elected Fellow of The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, the highest recognition by colleagues of sustained outstanding performance in the field of labor and employment law.

In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, landscaping and boating. As a former rugby player, he is a lifetime fan and is looking forward to attending the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
