Client Testimonials

I have worked with Mark for years and have always been pleased and impressed with his representation. I would highly recommend him and his associates.

Kimberly Bennett (Windstream Communications)

Little Rock, AR

Mark has represented our company in numerous matters for 25 years and has become an invaluable resource and member of our team, particularly in appellate matters. We would not engage him as often as we do if he were not as knowledgeable, responsive, and effective as he is. His commitment to providing the best legal services in such an expeditious way is exceptional. In addition to his legal expertise, Mark is also an excellent resource on strategy and procedure. He has practiced before, and is comfortable in, various venues, including the Public Service Commission, state court, and federal court. He has established himself as a well-respected and credible lawyer with both the "bench and bar." He does it all and does it well. I would highly recommend him.

Mary Keyer (AT&T Kentucky)
