Mark R. Becker

Mark is one the best construction lawyers in our market, and we've been opposite several in contract negotiations, disputes, and claims over the years. He is smart, practical, cost-conscious, and a great "project manager" of the process; a critical element when dealing with firms, like ours, who don't have many claims thus the process can be daunting. Mark is always looking for a way to resolve matters quickly. He has also taken the time to educate our staff on the basics of risk mitigation, contracting best practices, and so on.
