Mark Myers is a Member in the Seattle office of Williams Kastner, where his practice focuses on environmental law, with particular emphasis on remedial actions, sediment cleanups, environmental contribution litigation, and toxic tort matters. He represents clients in both federal and state courts across Washington, handling complex environmental disputes with a practical and strategic approach.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mark is available to serve as a neutral in mediations involving environmental law issues, including contribution actions, implementation of remedial measures, and Clean Water Act Citizen Suits.
