Former two-term Democratic U.S. senator and Arkansas attorney general. Guides clients through sensitive state AG matters and congressional investigations. D.C.’s go-to lobbyist to get things done ethically, efficiently and effectively.

Mark Pryor earned a reputation on Capitol Hill as a "voice of reason” during his 12 years representing Arkansas in the Senate and worked across the aisle to pass more than 70 pieces of legislation on a range of critical issues, from consumer protection and economic development to homeland security and defense.

Mark served on several high-profile committees during his tenure, including Appropriations; Armed Services; Commerce, Science and Transportation; Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs; Rules and Administration; Small Business and Entrepreneurship; and the Select Committee on Ethics. A tireless advocate for the people, he was the primary author of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act in 2008 while on the Commerce Committee, and passed landmark legislation to prevent toxic toys and products from reaching store shelves. As chairman of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Agriculture, he ensured adequate funding for critical programs that support U.S. farmers and shippers.

Mark began his career in public service when he was elected to the Arkansas House of Representatives in 1990. In 1998, he was elected attorney general of Arkansas, where he toughened laws against drunk drivers, enacted legislation to protect children on the Internet, prohibited unwanted telemarketing calls and helped establish an alert system to locate missing and exploited children. Mark began his legal career working in private practice for more than 10 years.
