Mark J. Woodward is the Managing Partner of Woodward, Pires & Lombardo, P.A., serving clients in Naples and Marco Island, Florida. He is double Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Real Estate Law and in Condominium and Planned Development Law. Mark has practiced law in Florida for more than 40 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.
Mark’s practice focuses on Community Association Law, Construction Law, Land Use and Zoning Law, and Real Estate Law. He regularly assists condominium associations, homeowners’ associations, developers, and property owners with matters involving condominium and planned community development, governance, turnover, and ongoing operations. His work includes residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects throughout Collier and Lee Counties, as well as other regions of Florida.
In addition to his community association and real estate practice, Mark represents clients in Business Organizations, including limited liability companies and partnerships, as well as Commercial Finance Law. His experience also includes transactions involving commercial and agricultural properties, entity formation, financing, and related business matters. Mark provides practical legal guidance tailored to the needs of property owners, businesses, and associations in Southwest Florida.
