Mark J. Werksman

Mark Werksman is a former Deputy District Attorney and Assistant United States Attorney with 20 years of criminal trial experience who specializes in all areas of state and federal criminal defense including white collar crimes, financial and organized crimes, felony offenses such as murder, extortion, narcotics trafficking, fraud, bribery, gambling, and counterfeit merchandise. Mr. Werksman is a graduate of Yale College and the University of Southern California Law Center.

Mr. Werksman has successfully represented numerous high-profile individuals from the entertainment industry, as well as leaders in the Los Angeles business community and major Southern California corporations in criminal cases, internal investigations, and white collar criminal litigation. He has also represented clients in cases throughout Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Michigan and Florida.
