Mark Maltz represents clients in all types of complex commercial real estate transactions across the country, including financings, dispositions, acquisitions, and commercial leases. A significant portion of his work is devoted to representing building owners and tenants in their office and retail leasing needs. During the past several years, he has handled some of the largest lease transactions in New York City on behalf of landlords and tenants. He is also recognized for his unique experience in handling switch facility and data center lease transactions and communications licenses on behalf of both owners and telecommunications companies.
