Mark E. Duckstein is a Member of the Sills Cummis & Gross Litigation Deparment. He concentrates his practice on the representation of corporations and other business enterprises in complex commercial litigation matters. His practice primarily focuses on real estate litigation, including claims involving purchase and sale agreements, letters of intent, commercial leases, real estate-based financing relationships, disagreements among parties with ownership interests in real property, and other aspects of real estate transactions. He also has significant appellate experience.
