Mark Lamb is a Shareholder and Chair of the Real Estate Practice Group at Carney Badley Spellman, with 26 years of experience practicing in Washington and California. His practice centers on three areas: real estate and land use, business litigation and transactions, and First Amendment, campaign finance, and election law. He represents residential and commercial developers, property owners, homeowner associations, executives, and privately held businesses of all sizes.
His real estate work spans acquisitions, sales, financings, eminent domain proceedings, boundary disputes, and the formation of real estate investment LLCs and limited partnerships, including foreign investment in U.S. projects. On the business side, he serves as outside general counsel and strategic advisor on M&A, corporate governance, and internal investigations. A former four-term Mayor of Bothell and Bothell City Council member, Lamb also serves as campaign finance and public disclosure counsel to trade associations, PACs, legislative caucuses, and statewide campaigns.
