Mark Birnbaum

Mark Birnbaum, a partner, focuses his practice on real estate and real estate finance. He works with numerous lenders and Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) servicers on a national basis with respect to real property secured loan workouts and Real Estate Owned (REO) dispositions, including loan restructures, modifications, assumptions, forbearances, discounted payoffs, judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, bankruptcies, guarantor actions and receivership appointments. He also works with a variety of clients with respect to leases and real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
