Drew Krieger is a partner in Rivkin Radler LLP’s Jacksonville, Florida office. His practice focuses on Appellate Practice, Commercial Litigation, Insurance Law, Health Care Law, and Mass Tort Litigation / Class Actions – Defendants. He represents national and regional insurers in complex insurance matters, including appellate proceedings, class actions, and other high-stakes commercial disputes arising from auto insurance and related coverage issues.
Drew has extensive experience handling personal injury protection (PIP) claims, particularly in the context of class actions, appeals, and complex business litigation. His work involves analyzing evolving statutory and regulatory issues, developing litigation strategy, and guiding clients through all phases of dispute resolution in state and federal courts.
In addition to his insurance and commercial litigation practice, Drew has prior experience advising physicians and health care professionals on operational and compliance matters. His background includes drafting and negotiating employment agreements for physicians and nurse practitioners, providing him with a practical understanding of the legal issues facing health care providers.
While in law school, Drew served as a staff editor on the Florida Coastal Law Review. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
