Mark’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including the preparation and negotiation of leases, purchase and sale contracts, and loan agreements. He represents landlords, tenants, developers, and lenders and frequently serves as an expert witness.
Mark has been the co-chair of ALI-CLE’s “Commercial Real Estate Leases” and “Modern Real Estate Transactions” programs. He speaks regularly throughout the country at the Practicing Law Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the American Conference Institute, CLE International, and numerous state continuing legal education programs.
He is the author of Commercial Real Estate Leases: Preparation, Negotiation, and Forms(5th ed.), and contributing editor of State by State Guide to Commercial Real Estate Leases (5th ed.) and Commercial Real Estate Transactions Handbook (4th ed.).
