Marita is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group.

Marita’s practice involves all areas of commercial dispute resolution. She has significant litigation and arbitration experience in a wide range of areas, including corporate governance and shareholder disputes, construction, insurance, financial services, administrative law, real property, intellectual property, and energy.

Marita is a practical and passionate advocate and has represented clients in arbitration hearings, at all levels of court in Alberta, and the Federal Court of Canada.
