Marios Kourtis

Marios Kourtis advises in complex commercial legal disputes before state courts and in national and international arbitration proceedings and has experience in the following areas:

• Energy disputes
• Capital market disputes
• Mass litigation
• Commercial disputes
• Corporate disputes

Before joining WACH UND MECKES, Marios was a research associate at the Faculty of Law at the University of Athens and a participant in the LL.M. program of the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich, where he is currently working on his PhD.

Marios speaks German, Greek, French and English.
