Marion Bruère

Marion Bruère is an M&A counsel and member of our Private Capital Team.

Marion’s practice focuses on a wide range of corporate transactions, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions in the context of leveraged buyout transactions in several industrial and financial sectors. She has advised French and foreign private equity funds as well as industrial groups across a range of industries including financial services, on their domestic and international sales and acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, private equity and restructuring transactions.

Marion represents corporations of all sizes, including start-ups, private equity funds and management teams in a variety of sectors.

Marion also maintains an active pro bono practice with a particular focus on environmental advocacy, having advised an environmental organization on the establishment of a conservation trust fund. She also was one of a few women selected to be a Protégée for Proskauer’s Women Sponsorship Program, an initiative for high performing mid-senior level lawyers that champions emerging future leaders.
