Mario O. Marin

Mario Marin litigates commercial disputes in both state and federal courts. He represents clients in all aspects of complex commercial litigation and arbitration, including contractual disputes, business torts, and False Claims Act and qui tam actions. In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Mario focuses on ERISA litigation, representing employers, insurers, and employee benefit plans defending against life, health, and disability benefits claims.

In addition, Mario has represented financial institutions in arbitrations, as well as state and federal litigation, class actions, and appeals involving claims brought pursuant to RESPA, TILA, FCRA, FCBA, FDCPA, and TCPA. He has also assisted clients in conducting internal investigations regarding compliance with federal law.
