Marina Speligene focuses her practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and business banking and finance.
Marina represents private equity funds and corporate clients in connection with private equity transactions, as well as in acquisitions and divestitures of assets and companies. She has experience across a variety of industries, including architecture, environmental services, equipment rental, and energy.
Marina received her law degree, magna cum laude, from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University (LSU), where she was a member of the Louisiana Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school, she interned for the Honorable Shelly D. Dick, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana.
