Marina Sedai is a Past National Chair of the Canadian Bar Association Immigration Section (2018-2019).
Marina has been practising exclusively immigration and citizenship law since being called to the bar in 2005. Her clients are large and small employers, business persons, families, and individual workers, students, and visitors, and she represents them on a wide range of immigration and citizenship applications, including:
Business Immigration: employer compliance, Temporary Foreign Worker Program, and International Mobility Program.
Temporary Residence: work permits, study permits, visitor records (status documents) and Temporary Resident Visas (travel document)
Permanent Residence: Economic classes including for business persons and skilled workers (federal and provincial programs) and family class sponsorships including same-sex spouses and partners.
