Combining her experience as both a lawyer and a trademark agent, Marie Carole Tétreault practises in mergers and acquisitions, financing and intellectual property law. She focuses on corporate and commercial law as well as corporate governance.

Marie Carole is experienced in corporate purchase and sale transactions and private and mortgage financings.

Marie Carole is a preferred legal advisor to investors during mortgage financings. As such, she examines title and conducts title searches, negotiates and drafts mortgage loan deeds and ancillary agreements, and prepares any required legal opinions.

She also advises companies during the negotiation and drafting of various commercial agreements, and assists with trademark registration applications.

Her university certification in corporate governance combined with her related training enhances her ability to advise clients on the rules of corporate governance and the duties and responsibilities of directors.
