Biography
Ms Sauvé practises in civil litigation, primarily in the areas of class actions and cooperative law. She has participated in many complex class actions raising important legal issues. Her work has led to thousands of members obtaining justice through both settlements and judgments.
Ms Sauvé is part of the Steering Committee of the Cambridge Forum on Canadian class actions since 2022 and was a speaker on many occasions in national conferences including at the National Class Action Seminar and the Annual National Conference of the ADR Institue of Canada.
Ms Sauvé was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2004 after obtaining a law degree from the Université de Sherbrooke. She reached Sylvestre Painchaud et Associés in 2005 and has been a Partner at Sylvestre Painchaud et Associés since 2010. Ms Sauvé is also an Accredited civil mediator.
