Mariana Zonenschein

Mariana is a foundation partner at Asseff & Zonenschein. Before founding, in 2016, her own firm in partnership with Michel Asseff Filho, Mariana Zonenschein was a partner for 10 years in another prominent litigation firm and built a solid career working in the area of strategic litigation, in processes of relevance in relation to matters and values involved. Among the customers it represents are medium and large sized companies operating in various sectors of the economy, such as steel, entertainment, sports, services and consumer goods, in addition to artists, athletes, sports entities, cultural and social institutions. Specialist in Corporate Law and Intellectual Property by IBMEC and PUC/RJ, Mariana is at the head of the civil area of the firm, manages the team of lawyers who work on Intellectual Property demands, especially trademarks, patents and copyrights, as well as related processes civil law, including fundamental rights such as image and honor, contractual and non-contractual matters and inheritance law, acting in large inventories, combining, whenever possible, civil procedural strategies to the area of criminal law, in order to guarantee maximum effectiveness in reaching solutions to customers.
