Mariana is the Managing Partner and Head of Corporate and M&A at Leite, Tosto e Barros Advogados, bringing over two decades of experience in Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Governance, Compliance, and Data Protection.

As Managing Partner, she leads the firm’s strategic direction and ensures operational excellence across finance, IT, marketing, and administration—combining leadership vision with technical and business precision.

As Head of Corporate and M&A, Mariana advises clients on the full spectrum of corporate and transactional matters, from company formation and shareholder agreements to complex M&A and restructuring transactions. She oversees every stage of the process—from deal structuring and negotiation to due diligence and closing—focusing on practical, strategic, and value-driven results.

Beyond her corporate and transactional practice, Mariana is known for her holistic advisory approach, assisting clients in navigating challenges across all areas of their business. She provides trusted counsel on governance, compliance, regulatory, contractual, and strategic issues—acting as a long-term partner in managing risk and driving sustainable growth.
