Maria Tereza Dias is an executive partner of Vilas Boas, Lopes e Frattari Advogados, responsible for coordinating the administrative/regulatory law team, an area in which she has over 20 years of experience, including previous work in administrative and judicial litigation and in consultancy.
Maria Tereza was graduated from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (1998) and also has a Master and PhD in Administrative and Regulatory Law by Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2001 and 2007). Besides being a lawyer, she is an Associate Professor, teaching Administrative, Urban and Regulatory Law. She was a visiting professor at King's College London (2019-2020).
Additionally, Maria Tereza has worked at the Municipal and State Administration and at the State’s Legislative Branch and produced specialized publications, bills and legal opinions. She also has several books and articles published.
