Attorney with a degree from the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana with a specialization in Administrative Law from the same university. Has experience in Public Law, Infrastructure, Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and Public Procurement. Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Constitutional Law at the Universidad Externado de Colombia. Responsible for providing support in the performance of concession, inspection, construction and other government contracts. Also responsible for providing advice on topics related to the Anti-Corruption Law, the Infrastructure Law and sanctions proceedings (declarations of non-compliance, fines and declarations of termination [caducidad], among others). Responsible for defining legal strategies for establishing Public-Private Partnerships and leading the legal team for several audits [interventorías]of road and portuary concessions in Colombia.
