Maren Gräfe

Founding partner Dr Maren Gräfe is a proven expert in advising on tax law and corporate law. She specialises in tax, legal and strategic asset structuring and succession planning, family and corporate governance issues as well as the establishment of professional asset and family office structures from a legal, tax and economic perspective and investment taxation. She is a member of the supervisory board of Carl Hanser Verlag and a member of the scientific advisory board of the IVS Institut für Vermögensstrukturierung. Dr Maren Gräfe began her professional career at Flick Gocke Schaumburg and worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers between 2010 and 2019. She then headed the "Business Families & Family Offices" division as a partner at BDO before co-founding the law firm gkn Gräfe Klümpen-Neusel with offices in Munich and Düsseldorf. On 1 January 2025, she and the entire Munich team ventured a new start with GRÄFE Tax & Legal.
