Marcy Dodds Magee

Marcy D. Magee, a shareholder in the Memphis office, focuses her practice primarily on general civil defense litigation matters, with an emphasis on medical malpractice litigation. Ms. Magee has handled numerous jury trials to verdict in Memphis and surrounding counties. She also has a vast amount of experience arguing cases before the Tennessee Supreme Court and the Tennessee Court of Appeals.

Ms. Magee is active in many civic and charitable organizations in the community, including LeBonheur Children’s Hospital, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Child Advocacy Center, the Humane Society and the Briarcrest Christian School PTF. Ms. Magee resides in Collierville, Tennessee, with her husband (Jarrett), daughter (Ella) and their three dogs.
