Marco Benedikt von Schirach is the founder of the innovative Munich based law firm "schirach.law". As a Specialist Lawyer for Criminal Law as well as a Certified Defense Lawyer for White Collar Crime (DSV) and Certified Defense Lawyer for Criminal Tax Law (DSV) he has spent the past 15 years focusing on the area of white collar criminal defense and tax criminal defense.

He is representing senior executives, directors and corporations in complex, high-stakes white collar criminal and tax criminal investigations and prosecutions in all phases of white collar criminal litigation, including investigations, trials and appeals.

Marco Benedikt advises on a wide range of matters including criminal antitrust, securities, accounting, bank, health care and customs fraud, tax evasion and money laundering. He has extensive experience interacting with prosecutors, regulators and other law enforcement officials on federal, state and international levels. He has also handled cross-border criminal investigations.
