With over a decade of experience, he combines deep technical expertise in labor law with a solid command of constitutional litigation through Amparo proceedings.

As Partner, Marco leads the representation of several of the firm’s most significant clients, including major companies in the banking and finance, transportation, professional services, software, and manufacturing industries. He currently heads litigation strategies for a portfolio of more than 350 active labor disputes before federal and local labor authorities throughout Mexico.
