Marci Poliakoff's practice focuses on providing general corporate tax and transaction structuring advice with respect to cross-border and domestic deals involving public and private companies.

Her work includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements in connection with taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and financing transactions, preparing tax disclosure for securities offerings, tender offers and exchange offers for domestic and foreign companies, and drafting and negotiating tax-related provisions of partnership and joint venture agreements.
