Recognized in Ones to Watch since 2023 Dr Marcel Duplois is a counsel at the Frankfurt office.
He has been part of the private clients team in Frankfurt since 2020 and primarily advises family businesses and companies on asset structuring and corporate governance issues. Furthermore, he focuses on national and international tax law and advises foundations and non-profit organizations.
He studied law in Freiburg (Ph.D. 2017), completed his legal traineeship in Frankfurt and London (2016-2018), admitted to the bar 2018 and worked as associate in the tax department of a leading German law firm (2018-2020).
He admitted as tax advisor in 2022 and joined POELLATH in 2020
