Marc Wachenhausen

As founder of the firm WBH Wachenhausen, Marc Wachenhausen is recommended for high-level IP disputes on a national and international basis. Marc Wachenhausen is German and European Patent attorney. At the same time he is board member for the patent attorneys’ examination at the Federal Patent Court.In earlier years, he has setup an engineering practice as partner of Bird & Bird LLP and has represented and managed a high number of IP disputes. Marc Wachenhausen has also coordinated settlement negotiationsfor various clients. At present, Marc Wachenhausen is representing his clients with his firm in several pending patent disputes and entitlement cases with international context.
