The primary focus of Dr. Anno Haberer’s work is advising on antitrust law covering both antitrust violation and merger control proceedings as well as on contract wording in line with antitrust legislation. Further important areas of activity are industrial property rights, in particular trademark law as well as legislation on unfair competition, IT and data protection law and employee inventions.

Hans-Georg Kauffeld studied at the universities of Bayreuth and Freiburg, he took his doctorate at the University of Freiburg (Dr. jur.). He then worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Commercial and Business Law of the University of Freiburg.

Ulrich Schnelle studied law at the universities of Passau, Geneva, Freiburg and Illinois. Sebastian Vollmer studied at the University of Freiburg. After completing his legal training in Stuttgart, he worked in the real estate practice of a major international law firm, where he was awarded his doctorate.

Before he joined our law firm, Dr. Norbert Hebeis headed the EU trademark department of a large US company (pharmaceuticals, consumer products) for ten years.
